We aim to be the leader in the better for you Puff category by building an incredible brand and team and making Spudsy available everywhere!

West coast regional sales manager needed in SPUD LAND! MUST live in Orange County.. We are looking for a west coast ROCKSTAR that thinks like anentrepreneur, has outstanding sales leadership, fit’s our Spud culture and truly can contribute to the overall success of Spudsy. We are in start up mode and need a leader that will collaborate with the current Spud team on a daily basis to add to our strategy, ensure it’s execution, manage the spuds like they are your own, help us to own this category and have a blast building a new innovative brand!

 

Major Responsibilities and Experience:

-Excellent Leadership and Management Skills

-Represent Spudsy with the highest level of shared Values and Contribution

-Call on key accounts, distributors, and brokers to ensure distribution, ordering, brand awarness, and proper visibility are in place

-Develop and maintain sales contact with all major customers and new potential customers

-3 to 5 years of Salty Snack or comparable sales experience in CPG

-Successfully launched healthy snack brands and considerably scaled them 

-Build and manage annual sales strategies, forecasting and budgeting plans

-Create and execute promotional activities to lead category growth 

-Manage all promotional spend, tracking, and ROI

-Maintain and expand existing distribution and volume sales

-Current and meaningful relationships with UNFI, KeHE and major regional retail accounts 

-Work with founder and CMO  on a daily basis

-Manage distributor and retailer internal management systems 

-Strong broker network relationships and successful management 

-Must think our spud characters are the cutest thing in the universe!

 

Compensation: Salary, performance bonus, 15 days PTO and opportunity for equity options for the right person….and to grow with the company as we grow!

Location and Travel: Orange County, CA. Must be willing to travel considerably.
