Yum! This dish is a testimony to the amazing power of well-prepared grits. Today the grilled fish had a luscious crab étouffée sauce. Only 4 stars due to bits of crab shell in the sauce, but otherwise fabulous.
Simple, tasty wedge. The steak is perfect, the lettuce is crunchy, the blue cheese is just right. The accompanying pickled veg is a really good spicy pickle, but seems a little too vinegary for the blue cheese.
My lunch companion wanted curry, but had never tried green curry! This green curry is sweet and hot, loaded with fresh vegetables and chicken. The coconut milk tempers the heat slightly, and is just sweet enough. Plenty of yummy basil, too.
