The chef will not do chicken wings, so he came up with Turkey ribs. Tender and juicy, we all became converts. I had mine w white Alabama bbq sauce. Also avail in regular bbq.
This is a hidden gem of a salad. Large boiled gulf shrimp, bowtie pasta, served over a cesear salad with feta and parmesan cheese. It's like two salads in one! Pasta *and* cesear on the same plate. I liked that the pasta and the shrimp were covered in pesto, and it complimented the cesear salad nicely. Add a grilled salmon on top of it, and this salad will fill you up for the day.
