A hearty vegetable soup that's perfect for a rainy day

Normally not a fan of donuts with any sort of filling - for this donut, however, the filling might have even been better than the donut itself. And I love plain donuts with chocolate frosting.

Good, but nothing special. Especially not for 50 cents more than my usual coffee stop that comes in a bigger cup.

Not traditional risotto. More like gumbo in flavor. And you don't have to stand around stirring constantly. Just pop the soupy and gross mixture of uncooked rice, sausage, bell peppers, onions, garlic, tomato sauce, white wine and chicken stock, and then 25 min later, out comes this lovely dish!

Apologies to my neighbors who had to endure the sound of my immersion blender at midnight - there was a warm, winter-perfect pot of soup to be finished.

It's called crack pie for a reason.

Just as good as I remember it being the first time I had it. And by just as good, I mean absolutely delicious.

Vanilla soft serve. Dulce de leche. Coated in crushed Nilla wafers. Drool. If there were bonus stars for non-food related reasons, one goes to being named after a Golden Girl, and another goes to the giant unicorn painting, which definitely makes the ice cream taste better.

Good, but I still prefer a standard slice of pecan pie over this.
