The bacon and soy sauce in this dish really overpowered the sweetness of the papaya. In fact, bacon and soy sauce were the only distinguishable flavors in this dish. Now, I love bacon ...and soy sauce ...but overall, this dish was a disappointment.

The BBQ pork was thin sliced and delicious! Eggrolls were also very good, crispy and shrimpy. Nice big portion too.

Fluffy and bitter herb pie served with salad (romaine, tomato, cucumbers, and yogurt dressing). Try wrapping chunks of the pie in lavosh bread. I get this tasty and healthy dish every time I eat at Ziba.

Tasty and super tender stewed chicken, served on the bone and with skin. Portion is quite large, 3 chicken thighs with a heaping pile of basmati rice. Rice is topped with lots of tart barberries.

Called won tons w/egg noodle... this soup is excellent! Savory broth (chicken I think?) over a pile of egg noodles, tasty pork-filled won tons, sliced pork, some chopped lettuce, and topped with sweet and crispy fried onions. Comes with plate of basil, sprouts, jalapeños, and limes to dress your soup. As usual, I order the large and save some for later... yes, it's that good! Wash down with young coconut juice!!

This dish was a little salty, this can be good or bad depending on your preference. The lamb wasn't very lamby tasting, tasted more like beef with a note of lamb flavor on the aftertaste. The curry was creamy and had an edible and pleasant spiciness. I ordered medium spiciness. Ate with sticky rice.

Praram with fried, fluffy tofu and lightly steamed cabbage chunks. The peanut sauce was vegetarian and so didn't contain any fish sauce making it a little on the sweet side. Had a great texture and overall, was delicious. Ate this with some sticky rice and washed it down with young coconut juice.

Salty, sweet, and spicy! Good texture and balanced flavors. Dish was refreshing and satisfying. Ate with sticky rice. FYI, be sure to specify that you want your sticky rice served with your papaya salad, otherwise it won't come out until entrees are served.

I'm a connoisseur of Birria. I always order it if I see it on a menu. Each place does it a little different and this place gets a full 5 stars! Typically, you have two options for birria at Birrierias. Style # 1, bowl of piping hot broth and meat or style #2, called Seca (spanish for "dry"), meat is strained from its broth and served on a plate with rice and beans. I've had both but prefer seca and this review is for birria seca. This birrieria gives you a generous portion (I shared with my dad and my BF and I was still crazy full after cleaning my plate!) of goat and serves up rice and beans on the side. Served with fresh, handmade tortillas, your choice of corn or flour...I always get flour and the BF always gets corn... best of both worlds. Chopped onion and cilantro, and lime wedges on the side finish off this perfect dish and allow for supreme table top-taco making. I recommend asking for some broth on the side for sipping and dipping tacos in.

AKA # 24, super savory chicken broth loaded with thin slices of pork and chicken breast, shrimp,and meatballs atop a mound of soft yet springy egg noodles. Topped with fried onions and cilantro and served with a generous plate of Basil, sprouts, jalapeños, and lime wedges. I always order the large so I can have some leftover.
