	Pancetta And Asparagus Zabaglione Stewartacus @ Sociale, San Francisco, CA last year Such a unique and tasty appetizer. Can't remember the type of cheese but was topped with a cheesey (pecorino Romano perhaps?) custard and cherries. Yum!

	Pan Seared Petrale Sole Stewartacus @ Sociale, San Francisco, CA last year 1 Delicious and savory... A MUST try! Stuffed with crab, too and came with chanterelle mushrooms and squash bblossoms instead of asparagus. Very fresh and would definitely have it again.

3.5 nothing special. Could use a bit more flavor. Good cut of meat cooked well, just lacks flavor. fries are good but still fries at a nice dinner, could have gone with a "classier" potato dish.

Deliciously sweet and salty. Freshly made with warm cookies. We substituted vanilla ice cream for the standard chocolate. Olive oil and sea salt on plate
