The pork was fabulous, tender juicy shreadable goodness. The tamal was too firm and dry for my liking but mashed up with some black beans and pork drippings, anything would be delicious.

Crispy and soft dosa. Flavorful sambar and wonderful chutneys (coconut and tomato).

	Amok Nili G. @ Chez Sovan, San Jose, CA last year 1 It doesn't look like much but it is one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had. Think Thai style fish curry but in the form of a tender steamed meatloaf wrapped in fragrant banana leaves.

Very tasty dosa, sambar and chutnys (coconut and tomato ) but everything is served in styrofoam, even for dining in. I wish they made a better environmental choice.

Saigon Crispy Crepe

Delicious but a bit oily and therefore not so crisp. Would order it again but i've had better ones in San Jose.
