The crispy rice stuck to the bottom of the pot is delicious, but the dish needs a bit more spice or maybe a quick mix before it is served to spread around the sauce on the bottom.
Freakin brilliant. Flaky phyllo dough wraps a decadent combination of duck, shiitake mushrooms and basil risotto. The Gewürztraminer beurre blanc sauce is so good we drank it like a soup when we ran out of strudel.
