I felt like a Mushi Master. A work of art to the eyes and taste buds. A top layer off seafood followed by a thin seaweed transition to a bed of rice. Great Sushi in Savannah, what's next? The anticipation is killing me.
This dish had potential to be so much more. The poached eggs were done perfectly and the salmon was plentiful. The hollandaise cream that accompanied the dish was fantastic. There were three asparagus tips that were deep fried, really deep fried. The potatoes were inedible. Deep fried potato matchsticks. I would get the dish again, just ask for fruit instead of potatoes
Was Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker just in here? Can you say cream? This dish was loaded with cream and salt. Tasty but not what I was expecting. I will give then a pass being that this dish was a special.
What a great combo. It's as if I went fishing today and made a splendid pasta dish with a light wine sauce. The asparagus was still crunchy and pasta firm to the bite. Tomatoes could have been a little more ripe, but still added flavor none the less.
This is a very mild smooth omelette. Imagine shrimp that raised chickens and grew avocados on a farm. One day a tornado came and pick them up and dropped all in a perfectly oiled frying pan. Don't let this have happened in vain. Enjoy the perfection nature has created.
