One ingredient: olive oil. When pizza is made with normal ingredients, its okay pizza. When pizza is made over a charcoal grill and with olive oil, its outcome is crunchy, smoky, and full of flavor. Every bit of this pizza is noticed in its first bite and will make you want to buy a second slice (like I did)! The basil, oregano, and parsley came out very strong because of the olive oil and added more flavor to the pizza then just the fresh cheese. The crust was crunchy and had a hickory smoke kick to it.
If you ever see this orange truck driving around, I recommend that you chase it down!
