"Aldo's" is owned by husband and wire learn Aldo Maresca and Barbara Lonsbury. Aldo came to America in 1993 from Sorrento Italy. (Sorrento is located just south of Rome on the west coast of the Mediterranean.) While working In an Italian restaurant in San Francisco, he met his American wife, Barbara. They were married in 1995.
Aldo is a chef who had worked in all areas of the restaurant business. Barbara is an accountant and businesswoman whose background includes working for 3 publicly traded corporations.
