Seeing as this Asian soup stands uniquely alone on the cowboy diner menu, I was very curious to see how it stacked up. Pros: very fresh prawns, as advertised fat an juicy noodles. Cons: vegetables stewed into less than flavorable territory, soup lingers heavily in sour notes. This came in a bowl the size of a bathtub. Incongruously paired, the cornbread continues to be the best ever.
