Mama hooked it up! These tamales need to be eaten right out of the steamer. You want that cheese to be freshly melted! The jalapenos weren't enough for me i had to add homemade tomatillo salsa. Dont get started on the salsa!

For the last 2 weeks i've been having fat girl cravings for churros. I found the vendor today while at lunch. They taste soooo good freshly fried (everyone know anything fried is bomb) just the right amount of sugar. Hmm viva churros, eating them takes me back to my youth in Mexico<3

I had this recipe for a while, I must say I'm very happy the way it came out. The sriracha is just the right spice to compliment the honey, which I picked up at a farmers market. Yummy!
