Interesting combination of ingredients but messy and bland without the white dill sauce that accompanies it. Flavors are nearly one note but also very different from anything you can have in the area.
Rich ingredients give the tastes you're looking for but they're not deep until you add the red wine sauce that brings out the flavor of all the filling. In the end though, this is another favorite to order because it satisfies and surprisingly exceeds expectations.
The potatoes in this are not mashed and were kind of undercooked but the rest of the filling is there to provide the flavor. Smells a lot better than it tastes though. However, once you add the mustard sauce, this pasty is extremely tasty and one to order again even though there are so many options here.
