I may have gone 5 stars if this panini had been accompanied by 5 star fries. The sandwich itself was really quite good with soft chewy bread and tender filet. Hooray roasted red pepper. Boo iceberg lettuce. I'm not usually a mayo eater, but the garlic aoli tied everything together wonderfully.
