This "benedict" is an interesting change of pace from the normal poached eggs over english muffins. I liked the dish, but it is a little dry due to the flaky croissant and the sceambles instead of poached eggs. The ham unfortunately, thin sliced deli ham, not a hamsteak or a equally thick canadian bacon. I was good to try, but i think i will stick to their normal assortment of benedicts.
