This sounded spectacular on paper, but is simply "pretty good" - largely due to the underseasoned pork. Served with pickled fennel, arugula, and pineapple chutney on a ciabatta loaf. To remedy the underseasoned pork, simply ask for some of the tasty artisinal salts they keep on hand and pour it on generously.
It's on the "hot" menu, but is served cool. Dense, almost-Italian meatloaf, topped with cheese and the most amazing homemade bacon. Also served with a slightly spicy tomato/bbq sauce. Usually served on cornbread, but they were out so I opted for a biscuit instead. I liked the sandwich, but think that warm meatloaf (maybe with a quick sear before serving) would really improve it. The bacon was out-of-this-world good, though.
