most sorbets are considerably healthier alternatives to ice cream,but, as a rule I love frozen yoghurt because most are lower in fat and cholesterol and you have the option of topping (or bottoming*) no,not a word, but neither is "snooky"so.......Your yoghurt either with various walnuts, pecans carob chips,whatever you want! The lower half of this dessert looks good,but,calorie laden! This might be something two people could share though!
