This standard turkey burger does have the pre-ground look to it, but as with most Turkey Burgers served at restaurants it totally works as it avoids being dry and mealy. This turkey burger has great flavor and has a great char on the outside that gives it the BBQ feel. It is also perfectly proportioned to the bun, so there is no overlap.
There is a chipotle mayo served on it, but it is a very light spread so it doesnt overpower the meat. As this is turkey, it will take a backseat to the flavors on it, so I suggest keeping a light hand if adding one of the table sauces to the burger.
