Made with "Cajun" spiced chicken breast with shrimp and fried potatoes served "sizzling" on a skillet, this dish was underwhelming at best. The cajun spice rub was a strange paste and the chicken was overcooked. Any crispiness from the potatoes were washed out when they hit the skillet. I would avoid this dish.
