Being used to alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella, this chunky Caprese-style isn't too bad. The balsamic glaze was drizzled ever so creatively on the plate with chunks of tomato and balls of cheese atop a solo leaf of lettuce. Overall, not too bad. Wish the ratio of cheese to tomato was more equal though.
