Upon the recommendation of our server, Chris, one of our main selections was this dish. It was truly amazing. From the base of house made sauerkraut to the bratwurst and pork belly the accompaniments were outstanding, let along the pork shank. Fork tender, crusty and smoky the shank was perfectly cooked and gorgeous. We highly recommend this menu item.
