Humus

It's obvious that Döner G makes their own humus - you just don't get the depth of subtle flavors in that horrid stuff you buy at grocery stores (including Trader Joes, sorry TJ fans). Now THIS is humus. It's just the right texture - no too creamy, not too chunky. Just the right hint of garlic and brightness of citrus, and married with an excellent EVOO to bring it all together. I can't come here without ordering a full side of this stuff. It also comes with pita, in case you were wondering.
