Chicken Verda

The best ever ever ever! I can't say it enough! Tonight again I ate at the famous fiesta ole and low and behold an amazing thing happened, they ran out of verda sauce due to such a high demand at lunch time!, but have no fear the manager at the Bethlehem fiesta ole saved the day he brought us two brand new plates of food with the Verda sauce as soon as they where done making it even though we had said it was ok and no problem he insisted on making us happy by bringing us a freshly made batch of the green (Verda) sauce. You heard right I said ( making it ) cause at fiesta ole in Bethlehem, Pa they MAKE all there own sauces on premise! And the do it better then anyone else can, that is for sure! Unlike all the chain restraunts in this area they are real and authentic down to the core. Too bad I can't pay their cook to make all my food at home,(cuz if I could eat fiesta ole everyday for the rest of my life I would be in heaven) Have you ever been asked that question that they have in some card games, "if u where trapt on a desert island and could only eat one thing what would it be?" Well u know the answer already so I shouldn't have to say it but here goes.....fiesta ole's Chicken Enchiladas Verda to the very end. Is that enough to describe the very awsumeness of fiesta oles's incredible food and service ? No of course not cause they are so amazing that if anything every changed about that place I'm going to have to go to rehab till I figure out how to deal with the shame of not having my perfect restraunt experience.
