I made this pho broth from a complex variety of beef, chicken and pork bones, marinated Kobe striploin for two days sliced thin raw into the broth, fine sliced negi, bean sprouts
Snow pea sprouts and flat pho' noodles All this for my son, I used to eat the bark of tree when I was his age.....I'm just saying |
